🛋 Orders & Products
Q: Do you have a showroom I can visit?
A: We don’t currently have a showroom for the new sofas — everything is available to view and purchase online with clear photos and detailed descriptions.
For used sofas, you can view what’s available on my Facebook page. Viewing in person is also available by appointment.
Q: Are the items brand new or used?
A: The products listed on this website are brand new and sourced directly from trusted UK suppliers.
If you’re looking for pre-owned sofas, these are available separately via my Facebook page.
Q: Can I customise my order (e.g. colour or size)?
A: Each new product is listed with the available options. At this time, we don’t offer customisations beyond what’s shown. Used sofas are sold as seen.
🚚 Delivery
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Most deliveries take around 7–14 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
Q: Will I get a delivery date and time?
A: Yes — once your new sofa order is processed, our delivery partner will contact you directly to book a date and time slot that works for you.
Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: We deliver new sofas to most of mainland UK. Some remote areas may take longer or have an extra delivery fee.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: If you cancel or aren’t available within 24 hours of your scheduled new sofa delivery, a £99 redelivery fee will apply.
📦 Returns & Cancellations
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: For new sofas, yes — returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you’ll need to arrange return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition.
For used sofas, all sales are final unless there’s a significant issue that wasn’t disclosed before purchase.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your new sofa order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel free of charge. Once dispatched, the standard returns policy applies.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect your order on delivery. If you notice any damage while the delivery team is present, let them know and contact me immediately so we can sort it quickly.
Damage reported after signing for delivery may not be covered.
💳 Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other flexible payment options at checkout
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A: Yes, Klarna and PayPal Pay Later are available at checkout for eligible customers.
🧾 Warranty & Aftercare
Q: Do your products come with a guarantee?
A: Yes - all new sofas come with a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee covering structural defects in the frame and springs.
Q: What’s not covered under the guarantee?
A: Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or fading from sunlight aren’t covered under the guarantee.

Q: Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
A: Most new sofas are delivered fully assembled or require minimal assembly, with instructions included.
