We’re proud to offer free delivery across most of mainland UK.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes 1 - 7 working days from the date of order.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with delivery details and tracking where available.
Larger or made-to-order items may take slightly longer depending on location and stock.
Delivery Service
Your order will be delivered directly to your home by a two-person delivery team, usually to your room of choice.
All items are brand new, professionally packaged, and handled with care from dispatch to delivery.
Surcharged Areas
Free delivery applies to most of mainland UK.
However, some remote locations may incur a small delivery surcharge, including areas within Scotland, Devon, and Cornwall.
Some remote areas incur a £30 surcharge for full sets or £20 for half sets.
If this applies to your postcode, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the surcharge or offer a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.
No Delivery Zones
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to the following postcodes at this time:
HS, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA41–78, PH41–44, PO30–41, TR21–25, ZE
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure the contact details provided are accurate and someone is available on the scheduled delivery day.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly.
